COOKIES

Essential by default. Optional only by choice.

The main Chonk site keeps optional measurement off until you accept it. You can reject it or reopen the controls at any time.

Essential storage

Chonk uses cookies and similar browser storage needed for sign-in, account security, fraud prevention and core shopping or service choices. These functions cannot be provided reliably without their essential storage.

Optional measurement on chonkmarket.com

The main Chonk site can use first-party page-view measurement and Google Ads measurement. They do not run until you choose “Accept optional cookies”. “Only essential” keeps them denied. Continuing to browse is not consent.

Opening Cookie Settings does not grant consent. Reopening the controls withdraws the current optional choice while you decide, tells Google to deny optional storage, clears Chonk's browser analytics session and asks the server to expire its optional view cookie.

Chonk Mall

The Mall subdomain currently uses essential authentication, security and service storage and does not load the main site's optional analytics or Google Ads measurement. The main-site cookie choice is host-specific and does not switch Mall's essential cookies on or off. Mall will need its own choice control before any optional measurement is introduced there.

Browser controls

You can also remove or block cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other account features from working. The Privacy Notice explains the related personal-information use.
