ABOUT CHONK
Plants, people and clear boundaries.
Chonk brings together plant adverts, auctions, practical information and community features. Each service explains who is responsible and how it works.
What Chonk provides
Chonk is a UK plant marketplace and directory. Members can publish Classifieds adverts, bid in auctions, message one another, use Plant Pals and browse plant information and independent links. Chonk Mall is a separate marketplace area for seller shops and products.
Features can have different payment, delivery and privacy arrangements. A rule for Mall does not automatically apply to Classifieds, Auctions or Plant Pals. The relevant page and checkout show which service you are using.
Who sells the item?
Unless a page expressly says otherwise, the named seller supplies the item or service. Chonk provides the marketplace tools described in its Terms. Chonk does not inspect every plant, authenticate every cultivar or guarantee every member.
Check the advert, seller information, condition, delivery and total price before committing. Use the staying safe guide and report anything misleading or unsafe.
Operator and contact
Chonk is operated by Vikkineshwaran Siva Subramaniam.
Email hello@chonkmarket.com for ordinary help, a privacy question or a complaint.
Policies and records
The Policies & Safety hub keeps Chonk's current public guidance and links to the applicable terms. Accepted checkout terms and order records are preserved with the transaction; publishing a guide does not rewrite an existing agreement.
